A/Prof Yuerui (Larry) Lu is currently leading the Nano-Electro-Mechanical System (NEMS) Lab at the ANU. His research interests include MEMS/NEMS sensors and actuators, nano-manufacturing technologies, renewable energy harvesting, biomedical novel devices, 2D materials and devices.
