As a FLEET CI A/Prof Qiaoliang Bao led the Centre’s investigation into waveguide-coupled 2D semiconductors in FLEET’s Research Theme 2 and plasmon coupled 2D materials and devices in Enabling Technologies Theme B, with a particular focus on the light-matter interactions in confined space and their effects on electron transport. Qiaoliang was co-Chair of the ICON-2DMat 2018 Conference.
