Dr Paul Atkin was a Research Fellow in Kourosh Kalantar-Zadeh’s group at RMIT University, where he studied two-dimensional (2D) materials, in which exotic and useful electronic properties emerge. His work within FLEET’s Enabling technology B: nanodevice fabrication focused on novel synthesis methods of 2D metal dichalcogenides and oxides, their characterisation, and their applications in electronics and sensing.
