Sultan Albarakati obtained his PhD from RMIT University, where he worked on spintronics heterostructures for characterising magnetic and electronic properties and their potential in quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE), under the supervision of A/Prof Lan Wang. Sultan’s work spanned several areas of FLEET, including Research theme 1 topological materials, Enabling technology A atomically-thin materials and Enabling technology B nanodevice fabrication.
