Dr Zengji Yue is a Prioritising Emerging Research Leaders Fellow at the University of Wollongong. With a background in solids physics and optics physics, Dr Zengji Yue works on magnetic topological insulator materials synthesis, characterisation, and transport experiments. Within FLEET, Dr Yue played a key role in the fabrication of high-quality topological insulator single crystal and thin films, electronic transport measurements and theoretical analysis. He made significant contributions to the fields of topological insulator materials optics and devices in FLEET’s Research theme 1 and Enabling technology A.
