CI Prof. Nagarajan Valanoor explores oxides in Enabling Technology Theme A as a platform for creating new low-energy electronic devices founded on topological materials. He is heavily involved in the synthesis of ferroelectric and ferromagnetic heterostructures, and novel topological oxides, within Research Theme 1.
