PI Prof Allan MacDonald works within FLEET to understand theoretically excitonic superfluids in atomically thin materials, which he first proposed, and he develops ideas for new device structures and explore their potential performance. He works with theory CIs Culcer, Sushkov and Parish and experimental CIs Fuhrer, Wang, Hamilton, Kalantar-Zadeh within Research Theme 1 and Theme 2 on artificial graphene, Dirac semimetals, and excitonic superfluidity.
